Listening Post’s Helping Hands scheme gives you the opportunity to support someone in financial hardship to access the vital counselling support they need to make a fresh start this year.

We are proud of our pay-what-you-can model which means that anyone in need can access our service, regardless of financial status. We never want money to be barrier to anyone who desperately needs mental health support.

Yet, we are reliant on additional donations from people like you to enable us to continue offering our service in this way.
