Listening Post is running two short courses at the start of 2024, ideal for people interested in counselling or who just want to brush up on their listening skills.
First we have a two day taster workshop on February 24th and March 2nd 2024 at our Cheltenham centre, then, starting from 16th April, we have our popular 10 week course.
No previous training or experience is required!
These courses will help you:

- Foster a helping relationship
- Use listening skills with self-awareness
- Focus on the person and empathise with their concerns
- Listen to yourself and to others
- Manage relationships better
